PastPerfect 5.0’s Query, Report Maker, and Lists screens have drop down options to help you build filter statements quickly. However, there may be times where you need to modify filter statements to meet your needs.
Below are some of the components of filter statements that you may see in a filter statement. For field names, check your Field Descriptions reports in PastPerfect or online at https://museumsoftware.com.
NOTE: CHARACTER/MEMO fields (such as Object Name, Object ID, Contact Names, Zip Codes, Descriptions and Notes) require "quotes" or [brackets] around the searched text. NUMERIC fields (such as donation or dues amounts) do not need quotes.
