If when running a report in PastPerfect an Open window is displayed and upon clicking Cancel an error #1 is shown, the report you are attempting to run has likely been modified to include an image that is not available. The image attachment may reference the particular computer’s hard drive that initially attached the image rather than a directory that all computers can access. Modify the report from the Reports area to include a valid reference from the computer attempting to generate the report to the desired image. For help modifying the report, please contact the Support Office.
If you receive an error #1 upon opening a letter in PastPerfect or a message stating that PastPerfect "can't locate letter", verify that the Data, Image, and Multimedia folders under Setup | Network are pointed properly. If you are unsure as to where PastPerfect files are located, please contact the Support Office.
