The Restore Backup option in the Utilities section of the program is used only if you experience hardware failure, encounter seriously damaged files, or if you want to transfer PastPerfect data to another computer. When you restore a backup, it overwrites your current PastPerfect Data, Images, and Multimedia files, which may be on your local hard drive or on a network server.
It is highly recommended that you speak with a PastPerfect team member before restoring a backup.
