Error #1733 Class definition chilkat_9_5-0.http is not found

Applies to: PastPerfect Online add-on for Version 5.0

This error indicates that one of the registry files needed for uploading files is not property registered with Windows.

If you receive this error when attempting to upload files to your PastPerfect Online site:

  1. Close PastPerfect.
  2. Visit https://museumsoftware.com/pp5eval.html.
  3. Fill out the short form on the page and click "Submit".
  4. Click the "Download" button and wait for the file to download.
  5. Run the installation file (pp5eval.exe).
  6. Leave the default settings for the evaluation installation.
  7. Once the evaluation is installed, you do not need to open it. Simply having it installed on your computer should be enough to resolve this error.
  8. Return to the Publish Files to Web screen in your PastPerfect program, and click "Upload Data and Images to Website".
