There could be several reasons why your records are not appearing online after an upload has completed.
First, check a few of the "missing" records in PastPerfect to make sure they have a check in the "Include in Web Export" checkbox. If records do not have a check in that box, they will not be included on your site.
Next, be sure you have completed both essential steps in the Web Publishing Wizard to update your site. These steps always have to happen after you've selected records/images to be included in the web export or made changes in the Web Publishing Wizard.
- Create Files. This process takes all of the data and images that you've selected for online and puts it into new tables that are stored on your local hard drive. These are the Web Files that will be uploaded.
Note: If this is the first time you are creating files on a particular computer, please be sure that options 1-11 are all selected when creating files. - Upload/Publish Files. This process transfers the Web Files created in step 1 from your hard drive to the web server. You must publish your files on the same computer where you created them.
