Applies to: Web Edition
If you forget your PastPerfect Web Edition password, it is easy to reset it.
- Go to https://mypastperfect.com using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
- Click the "Forgot Password" link.
- Type your email address into the Email field.
- Be sure to use the email address from when your Web Edition user account was created. If you are unsure which email address was used for your account, check with your organization's Web Edition Administrator.
- Click "Reset Password".
- Check your inbox for an email that contains a time-sensitive link to reset your password.
- Click the "Reset Password" link in the email.
- Follow the on-screen instructions for creating and confirming your new password.
- You will be redirected to https://mypastperfect.com where you can enter your new password and log into the software.
