When your user account is set up in PastPerfect Web Edition, a time-sensitive link to set your password is emailed to you automatically. This link expires after 24 hours, or after it is used to set your password. If you click on an old or expired link to try to set your password, you may receive an "Invalid Token" message.
To reset your password, please do the following:
- Make sure all emails from notifications@mypastperfect.com for setting your password have been deleted from your email inbox.
- Go to https://mypastperfect.com, enter your email address, then click the "Forgot Password" link.
- If you entered a valid email address, you will receive an email with a time-sensitive link to reset your password.
- Emails can take time to be received. Please wait a few minutes and check other folders before using the "Forgot Password" link again.
- Once your password is reset, you will be able to log into Web Edition again.
