Mailing Labels can be printed from a few areas under Development: Contacts, Pledges & Receipts, Contact Lists.
- On any of these screens, click "Email or Print Letters."
- Click "Print Mailing Labels", then click "Preview."
- You can add the entry to the Mail & Contact Log if you wish to keep a record that these labels have been printed.
- Click "Save to PDF" to download the labels to your computer.
- On the Save as PDF window, leave "Portrait" as the Orientation and "Letter" as the Paper Size. Click "Generate PDF".
- The PDF will be downloaded to your computer and can be opened either your browser or software such as Adobe Reader.
The labels are designed to fit on Avery 5160 labels. When you open the PDF, make sure the labels are printing at 100% scale and not "Fit to Page." Depending on how PDFs are opened on your computer, you may see the options in a few different formats:
