If a user needs to update the email address they use to log into Web Edition, please email webedition@museumsoftware.com with the organization's name, the full name of the user, their current email address, and their new email address.
If you need to reuse a role-based email address for a different user, we will archive the current user account with that email. This preserves the previous user's name anywhere the software had automatically recorded their name (such as Entered by or Last Modified by fields when records are added or edited). An existing user account can then be updated to use the role-based email or a new user account can be created using the role-based email address.
