Full Catalog Search enables users to find records in the Objects, Photos, Archives, and Library catalogs. It performs a keyword search across all catalog record fields.
The search index is automatically built every two hours between 9:00am and 9:00pm Eastern. However, this process only happens after catalog records have been added or modified. You can check when your index was last synchronized on the Full Catalog Search tab. If you find that your synchronized date is earlier than today, it is likely your records have not been modified since then.
- Click the Magnifying Glass icon in the Title Bar.
- Click the "Full Catalog Search" tab.
- Select the Catalogs you want to search by checking or unchecking the boxes next to Objects, Photos, Archives, and Library.
- Type the word or phrase you want to search by into the search box.
- Click the "Search" button.
- The results grid will then populate with the records that contain the word or phrase.
- To view a catalog record, click the link in the Type column. You also have the options to add your results to a Catalog List, print your results, or view images from the catalog records, by using the buttons above the results grid.
