To access IMS, go to https://admin.pastperfectonline.com.
If you need to reset your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instructions. The email address is case-sensitive and will always be all lowercase letters.
If you need to change the email address, contact us. The email address used for IMS is the one given to us for the primary PPO Contact. If this contact should be changed, please contact our office.
