Digital images can be attached to Catalog, Exhibit, People, Site, and Contact records as well as Condition Reports.
- Go to the record where you want to attach an image.
- Click "Edit" at the top of the record.
- Click "Image Management".
- Click "Add Image". This will open the Open/File Upload dialog.
- Navigate to the location where the image is saved.
- Select the image(s) by clicking on the file you want to attach.
- To select multiple images, hold the Control key on your keyboard while clicking on files.
- After you have selected the image, click "Open".
- Image will begin uploading.
- After image has uploaded, you can use the buttons in the Image Management tool bar to make basic edits or apply ID Stamp.
- For records with multiple images, click "Show All" to view all images. To change the order of the images, use your mouse to click and drag the images to the desired position.
- Click "Save" on Image Management.
- Click "Save" on the record.
